Media Submittal Form

All announcements must be submitted in English and Spanish by Thursday at 12:00 PM for the following weekend's bulletin. For example, if Sunday's bulletin date is Sunday, January 7, 2018, the announcements will be due on Thursday, December 28, 2017. All announcement submissions are up for approval prior being placed in the bulletin and MUST be submitted in both English and Spanish. All sign-up sheets must be requested 1 month prior to the announcement. 

Please be as detail as you can be with your announcement. All announcements will be pending as space is limited. If you any pictures for your announcement, please send them directly to our Bulletin Editor at bulletin@holyfamilycc.net. Please limit to only 4 pictures. We will send you a preview of your announcement prior.*
